Tenemos la fina fortuna de estar aqui presentes:

Soy Gabriela Ramos Rosas, soy la mamá de Fer y Frida, estudie la Licenciatura en Informática, me gusta trabajar con  tecnología; he compartido carreras, kilómetros, comida y  lugares hermosos con mi esposo; entre muchas otras cosas, soy un apasionado del ejercicio (workout), de hecho la gente que me conoce lo sabe.

He recorrido un largo camino para poder lograr mis  objetivos y mejorar mi salud y creo que hoy encontré la fórmula que buscaba y las personas que necesitaba para ver cambios reales; no ha sido fácil, se requiere tiempo y paciencia, también tú, puedes empezar hoy.
 
He tenido la suerte de conocer gente valiosa, que me ha empujado sin atajos para alcanzar mis metas y hábitos saludables.

Siempre lo he dicho, estaré profundamente agradecido con el ejercicio, en las fórmulas matemáticas, le salgo debiendo, ¡jaja! He recibido mucho más de lo que esperaba; el ejercicio me ha salvado.


El tiempo no retrocede, comienza hoy.

I am Gabriela Ramos Rosas, I am the mother of Fer and Frida, I studied a Bachelor of Computer Science, I like working with technology, I have shared careers, kilometers, food and beautiful places with my husband; Among many other things, I am passionate about exercise (workout), in fact people who know me know it.

I have come a long way to achieve my goals and improve my health and I believe that today I found the formula I was looking for and the people I needed to see real changes; It has not been easy, it takes time and patience, you can also start today.
 
I have been fortunate to meet valuable people, who have pushed me without shortcuts to achieve my goals and healthy habits.

I have always said it, I will be deeply grateful to the exercise, in the mathematical formulas, I owe it to him, haha! I have received much more than I bargained for; exercise has saved me.
